Fund Administration

Oppenheim Asset Management Services S.à r.l. was founded as Oppenheim Investment Management International S.A. on 27 September 1988 in Luxembourg. The company sees itself as a ‘relevant player’ in the Luxembourg funds market with an emphasis on third-party funds, with 50 international external managers, 155 funds, 3 investment trusts, 21 ICVCs, 1 SICAR’s and about 150 net inventory value calculations every day. Our assets under management stand at about € 12 billion.

Our range of products in the funds area are:

Fund concepts (Institutional funds and funds for major investors)

Individual fund concepts oriented towards the wishes and needs of institutional investors, family offices and asset managers.

Registration

Broad experience of structuring possibilities based on existing products. CSSF registration is possible through our legal department or through external partners.

Administration

Far reaching expertise in all product segments (e.g. private equity, total return swaps, high yields), independent assessment of OTC derivatives (e.g. ARIX swaps), and liquid securities.

Reporting

Reporting complying with legal provisions in Luxembourg and Germany, use of special PE software to create tailor-made evaluations.

Fund Management

The majority of our funds are carried out by external fund managers.

Therefore, our company acts in many cases as a master investment company with one or more external fund managers.

For the European Fund for Southeastern Europe (EFSE), one of the biggest microfinance funds in the world, the company acts as investment manager. ESFE is a European pioneer success under the direction of the KfW accompanied by the intensive advice of the Frankfurt School of Finance e.V. For the first time several countries and development banks have packaged their funds for south-eastern Europe in one private-sector Luxembourg fund.
